About us

This website is operated by Product of the Pain ("POTP", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Every item is printed to order after you place your order. Colours may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen. Sizing guidance is provided on each product page.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices shown in other currencies are converted at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but you'll always pay the price shown when you placed your order. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we'll contact you before processing the order.

Offers and discount codes

Automatic offers (such as "Buy 3, get £12 off") apply at checkout while the offer is running. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may have eligibility conditions. For example, DIDITTWICE is valid only on a customer's second order, once per customer. We may end or change offers at any time. Orders already placed won't be affected.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. Because items are printed to order, we can only cancel an order if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, lyrics, logos and images on this site belong to Product of the Pain and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without our written permission.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
